Event coordination and design is at the core of what we do and what we are most passionate about. We offer partial and full event coordination for any type of event. At Create and Inflate we craft a completely unique and personalized experience for each event. We then work side by side with you throughout the entire event planning process where we will research, coordinate, and design all details of your event.
Backdrop Installation
We have a vast inventory of backdrops that can take your event to the next level. We also offer fully customizable backdrops and displays for any events.
Balloon Garland Installation
Custom Balloon Installations, Balloon Garlands, & Balloon Walls. We can add custom balloon installations to bounce houses, ball pits, entryways, etc to make a fun statement piece for your event.

Our pricing fluctuates as each event is unique! We have standard balloon garland pricing, but a lot of the work you see us do is custom! Many of our events include balloons, backdrops, custom signage and more. Pricing will also fluctuate depending on the event location/delivery. We recommended filling out an inquiry form and submitting any “inspo” pictures so we can quote you properly!

At Create and Inflate we offer a wide variety of packages that cater to small and large scale events. We offer balloon and backdrop installations and complete event coordination and design.

We recommend securing your event date with a deposit as soon as you can! Many events take place on Saturday/Sunday so our weekends fill up very quickly. Putting down a deposit secures your spot in our calendar.

Many of our clients have a color scheme/theme they want to use. You can always send us “inspo” pictures and let us know your theme and we will pick colors to closely match. We will send you colors for approval before your event to ensure it aligns with your vision!
